Insert any 2.5" hard disk onto the hard disk holder and slide it into the external case. Then, put on the plastic cover and tighten it with two screws. Plug the firewire or USB cable to use (install software driver only if needed).
For PC user, always perform "Safely remove hardware" in the windows task bar, before disconnecting the external case from the PC.
