* Getting your hard disk started for the hard disk enclosure in Windows XP"
Insert your hard disk to the enclosure and connect the enclosure with your computer. After the Windows XP device auto reorganization is completed, go to "run" and start Windows disk manger by typing in "compmgmt.msc" (make sure you login as administrator). Click on "Storage" and then "Disk Management", then select the portable hard disk to initialize it (if necessary). Then, create partition(s), assign a drive letter to it, and format it as FAT32. Windows XP will only allow you to format a FAT32 partition of up to 32GB.
To connect the enclosure with your TV, connect the hard disk enclosure with your television via the RCA cable using the "AV" connection on your enclosure to use, or connect the VGA cable to your monitor to view media.
